I know the option of 3.5% down payment with FHA 1-4 units, but is it possible to get 5% owner occupy conventional loan on a 4 unit? If so, please share your contact or inform that this is not possible. I have only come across 5% down payment conventional loan on duplex.

The market in SC is pretty competitive (as in the whole USA) and zillow, tulia, etc isn't getting me closer to deal. So my question, what app do you use to acquire info on properties or leads? Dealmachine or PropStream?

What app or website do you suggest to find owner info or property info? Zillow, realtor.com etc are good as well the county assessor but how can I contact property owners?

Will there still be a meet up tonight? I would like to attend.
