I'm a soon to be real estate agent in Manhattan and am currently using Cardone University. Cardone has some aspects of a Ra-Ra type of guy but in reality, based on the program he goes into great detail about the specifics of being a real estate agent. The advice he offers is rational and applicable. The video modules are short and allow for you to type notes on the side panel which increases knowledge acquisition. Overall I'm loving the program because it offers real, applicable solutions to many problems you will face as a RE agent in the field.  Objections, prospecting, follow, etc... and so on. The video database is extremely extensive and covers almost all if not all of the situations you will likely run up against. I'm only 10% through the program so I can't speak on the entirety of it but so far it's excellent.
