@Morgan Nilsen I agree investing in the US probably has a better cash flow potential but I think Dubai might have a decent appreciation. What areas do you think would be good to look at? I see some things around and I really like Dubai Marina and Creek areas but I really only have vacation time there, I havent lived there.
