I’m interested in learning more. Are there financing options for foreign investors or is it a cash-only real estate economy?

You would have to get a kind of citizenship to access financing options. It’s more of a cash - only real estate economy.

But there are great options for investors with little capital

1. Joint Venture

2. 18 months payment plan

@Jason Bierman

There are better ways to make good passive income by investing in shot holiday rentals here in dubai. This market never has a downtime as there are always tourists visiting Dubai and searching for luxury accommodation

I see some things around and I really like Dubai Marina and Creek areas but I really only have vacation time there, I havent lived there.

Find the right partner with experience in the market you're interested in, and they guide you through all the red tape that emerging markets especially are known for.
