Hello everyone,

Want to reach out to the BP community and introduce myself I'm eager to get started investing in Multi-Unit rental properties. I'm located in Connecticut, and while I'm interested in my local market, I'm interested in out-of-state investing as well. My goal is to build generational wealth through equity while maintaining positive cash-flow through my properties. 

I'm trying to learn as much as I can from the bp community, while building from the ground up and I want to make the right connections as well.

I welcome any feedback, pointers, advice, etc.. on getting started. Love the content on BP, it's been a huge help in gathering knowledge and staying motivated.
