Hello,
In my opinion, I would focus on little things that a buyer would want, front yard, freshly painted house(again curb appeal) etc. what I am learning is people(families)want to move into a renovated house that they do not need to add anything to. I would lay some sod.

Hello,
i am brand new and am hoping to chat with experienced investors that are willing to teach the basics of getting starting. My main question is for those who search the MLS website, what types of homes are you looking for? foreclosure? Pre Foreclosure? When you find something, are you more wanting to talk to the owner or the bank? Can you get a HML and work with the bank?
