Hello bigger pockets family, my wife and I just moved to Memphis area and need a place to reside for 1yr to long term. We don’t smoke, drink, or have pets. My wife needs an architect for her property to be approved by the city. It’s a 4th unit that wasn’t authorized but was sold to us. City came by shortly after purchase and found electrical and gas and dwelling issues. Now we just want to move forward. Last quote was $3k
