So i'm just starting my real estate journey. I would say i'm in the learning phase right now reading a lot of books and watching a lot of videos. But i don't want to be stuck here i want to really take action. I really want to get started and actually get some deals under my belt. As for how i want to get started i want to start with rentals and flips.

@Rachel Mazzanti yeah coming up with a strategy has been tough. I wouldn’t say I’m completely clueless. It’s just knowing where to start is the issue and like I said I don’t know what to do with just 10k

Hey so I’m completely new to real estate. I haven’t done a single deal yet. I read a lot of the books offered on bigger pockets and watch a lot of webinars and podcast really just trying to learn. I’ve saved up 10k from working at my job and wanted to know how i should use it. Doing the research I’ve done so far I really want to get into renting multi family homes. But I don’t really know how to take the first step yet so I’m kind of stuck.
