Referral list for tenants. Somehow I get in conversations at my job that lead into renters looking for a new places so I thought maybe I should get a referral list together for landlords if your interested please let me know. Currently have a family looking I'm salt lake and another in Ogden.

Any investors here in Utah have any success stories with spec homes? Coming from a contracting background I am itching to maybe partner up with someone and do one. I would love to hear some thoughts about this even if you have built to rent.

As a new Real Estate Investor and building my team up, I have heard that it is useless to try and wholesale here in Utah. Would any of our local REI, that are experienced in wholesaling in Utah like to share their thoughts and experiences on this?

I have 3 leads on properties from motivated sellers that I am looking at putting under contract, however I wanted to try and wholesale them or partner up with some investors and getting creative with financing. What are your guys thoughts?

Hey @Brett Snodgrass!:) I am waiting for the next meetup haha and I went to another what I thought was a meetup but turned out to be a program called Ranatus. Like a referral REI. It was great but weird and felt more corporate like rather than your own personal REI. Thank you for the great feedback!
