I am no expert but I would say that you do NOT need a license to buy a foreclosure; but it helps to work with an agent.

Hey all.

I am currently educating myself about wholesaling; and I am so pumped to get started; I just don't want to jump in too quick.  So I am patient.  I had no idea you could wholesale across the country I would love to learn more about how that would work without being face to face with buyers and sellers.

Love you guys, and thanks for the help and support.
