Yes, using Meetup you can find these clubs easily.

You can look on MeetUp.com for local real estate groups and meet some of the people you mentioned quite easily.

If you do a search through Meetup.com you can find groups in the RVA area where you can learn and meet people to work with. Lots of people are looking for deals, so being a wholesaler you will be very well accepted.
