Post: Is the building included in the sale?

I am interested in purchasing an off market deal in NJ. The property is advertised with a single family dwelling. When I look up the address online the home is described to be included but the boundaries of the address on (njparcels.com) shows the building just outside the property line. How can I find out if the building is actually included without the use of a survey or deed? Thank you

Hello All,

I am currently house hacking a triplex. Do I invite the tenants/neighbors to my Greek Easter party this Sunday?

@Scott Wolf what is the name/names of the 5-10% loan that you speak of? I'm not familiar

Or is it still a 203K loan but instead of 3.5% down I would put 5-10% down?

@Nathan Grabau Closing is in three weeks. I am using a 203K loan. Purchase price $250,000 and Renovation costs of approximately $50,000 includes Foundation repair and roof replacement.

It's a total of (3)-3 bedroom units that I believe I could get $1300-$1600 in rent. The property is in livable condition

@Scott Wolf It will be my primary residence.

If I am buying a home and my lending falls through because the property doesn't meet the front-end ratio rule what are my options for obtaining alternate funding and ensure I will close on the same date?

I am a Real Estate Investor from South Jersey looking to network with wholesalers who can/have found properties in Ventnor City and Atlantic City. I would like to be added to any email lists or text lists in regards to these markets.
