I'm having trouble finding what I am looking for online, so figured I would ask you all. I need to submeter the water at my mobile home park in a small town in rural Nevada. I am looking for an option with AMR, cloud service, no electricity requirements, and no internet requirements. My park is 17 spaces, so would also like to know if this makes financial sense. My park manager doesn't want to read meters, and I don't want to invest in electrical/internet just to read the meters remotely. Thanks for your time!

We like Coleman and Coleman. They have a Newport News branch. They will give a repeat customer discount too if you ask for it on your second and subsequent purchases.

We are selling a couple properties and plan to do a 1031 exchange. There is very little on the market in our area (Williamsburg, VA). Any suggestions for finding off-market deals? If other markets are preferable, please advise as we aren't bent on staying in the Williamsburg/Toano area, but it would be nice. Thanks!

Hi, does anyone have recommendations for a flat fee listing service for my mobile home park in Nevada? There are a lot of options online, but I'm not sure if:

1. a flat fee listing service will do any good for a mobile home park.

2. there are any services that members have used before that they can recommend.

I'm having trouble getting Zillow to post my for sale ad, so figure MLS might be the next best option. I've already posted on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, MobileHomeParkStore, and LoopNet.
