Post: Kissimmee/St Cloud- Handyman/Painter/Laminate Counters

Hello All!
I am looking for recommendations for a painter (interior) & handyman in the Kissimmee/St. Cloud, FL area. Thought I had someone but he canceled yesterday and rescheduled for early this morning, said he would get me an estimate within 30 min. It's been a few hours and I need to get this scheduled.
I also need to get some new countertops installed- would appreciate recommendations on where I may find the best deals on laminate and installation.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I hope everyone is well! I am active duty, currently stationed up in the PNW and I have a rental property in DC. I just recently learned (via my tenants reaching out to me as a last resort) that my property management has been dropping the ball big time so I terminated them. I wish I could fly out there to get everything squared away but it is just not possible right now. I have set up a new lease agreement, arranged payment via Cozy and lined up local contacts for a handyperson, HVAC, plumbing, elec etc. but I am curious as to how to find services to go out and do quarterly/ biannual interior inspections and/or key turn over. Would appreciate thoughts/referrals, particularly in NW Washington DC. TIA!!

Hello Everyone,
I have a 4BR/2.5BA home in Olympia, WA and need to find a new property manager- any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Also, if anyone has thoughts on if it is better to switch before or after a new lease is signed would be great. My current tenant's lease is about to end and they are not planning on staying.
Thanks.

Karim,
I feel your pain. I am in the same boat and totally annoyed. I have been with my company for a few years but the last few months they have just been dropping the ball. I am now on holiday in Spain and trying to deal with stuff I thought they had taken care of before I left- I have hit my breaking point.
Good luck my friend, you are not alone lol!

Hello,
I hope everyone is well.
I am looking for recommendations for a handy person in the Olympia area to do minor work inside and outside around a SFH I recently purchased- nothing major.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I hope all is well with everyone!
I am about to close on a 4b/2.5ba home and intend on bring in 2 roommates. My question is for those who are successfully hacking SFHs by renting out individual rooms.
1. Do you let your roommates know you own the house or do you have it set up to where they think you are a renter also?
2. If the ladder, how did you go about getting started and maintaining this information?
Thanks in advance!
