Hello all, I am going after off-market properties currently. Have yet to get to a "yes", what are your ways to getting to a seller to get motivation. I have been calling, texting at times and have sent mail. May go door knocking next week.. what else would you recommend I do or try to get more traction.Thank you in advance!

They are either motivated or they aren't. Don't waste time with people who aren't motivated.

 noted, will do, thank you!

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.

If they aren't interested in selling, you are unlikely to change their mind. Move on.

love the quote! and thank you!

Here are some helpful tips.

  1. Keep it simple and concise. Start by introducing yourself, your REI business, and your mission.
  2. Use visually appealing graphics or images that reflect your brand.
  3. Consider including relevant hashtags in your post to reach a larger audience. Popular real estate hashtags include #realestate #investment #property #realtor #realty #home #homedecor #propertyinvestment.
  4. Engage with your followers by asking for their opinions or feedback.
  5. Most importantly, be consistent and post regularly to keep your followers engaged and informed.

Good luck with your first post! I hope it gets traction and leads to more business opportunities.

Thank you Garrett, will keep this in mind when posting, much appreciated!!

Hello! you can join mentorships that can guide you in what to do. Also go to local meet ups and network to see how others work, what they do, how they started, how they have advanced, etc.  ultimately it’s up to you to put in the work and see what value you have to offer. i wish you nothing but the best in your joinery!

Hi all! Where can I get information on properties that are in foreclosure or will be going into it. as well as learn more information on the foreclosure processes, I am aware it takes times as well. Have been in rei a few months only, looking to zone in on particular lists. Thank you! would love to connect with anyone and see how we can work together!

Hi Arely, happy to connect - I've been using pre-foreclosures for 10 years both investor and agent side of the business.  Property Radar is the best tool I've used in cali, takes a little bit of learning but yes you can really zone in on particular lists.

Hi John, would love to! Will look into it PR, thank you very much!
