When are you looking to close? How much $ do you want to put down?

i am looking to put down 5% but if that needs a high-interest rate or tough. I am interested in moving one of the units into 4 plex as well if that's what gets saves me money.

Quote from @Sean Ross:

You might need to do 11% down , pay the PMI up front or roll into the loan ( wont be a lot at that credit score) , fix interest at the par rate and hope to refinance in a few years.

Seth 5 star Texas advantage will pay the other 4% to get to 15% LTV

I can do this for you if you'd like. Not local but licensed in the state.

Thank you. I am interested in knowing more details. Please share your contact details

Fellow realtors,

Can you provide recommendations on credit unions that would provide the best interest rate with the lowest downpayment, no PMI, and zero points for excellent credit history (Above 780) to buy a fourplex (it's more like four townhomes connected together) in Houston Texas? One unit will be occupied by the owner and the other three units already have tenants in place. It's a 4-year-old property in excellent condition and no repairs are needed.

Quote from @Alfonso Lima:

I work in the Houston area and I can get you in touch with a lender that may be able to help.

Hi Alfonso, Thank you so much. i am thinking about occupying one of the units if it is necessary. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try Credit union of texas. CUTX

Quote from @Eliott Elias:

That’s going to be a tough interest rate, unless your credit is phenomenal and you’re taking out a 15 year note. Realistically you’re going to be in the 6% with a 25% down payment

Even if owner occupies one unit among them and as well they has excellent credit history (Above 780)

what if this is going to be a primary home and the owner occupies one of the units.

I am looking for the best possible interest rate if possible 7 arms in low 4's and low downpayment options for a new 4plex that is two years old. 4plex might sound different to different people. I am trying to buy 4 townhomes in the same community in the same dwelling.
