Hi All,

I am looking for a reliable handyman in Brandon Florida, Tampa bay area. Does anyone have anyone that they can recommend?

Relatively new to the RE investing and i have acquired one property and in the process of acquiring another now. Looking for a good RE Accountant to help with tax strategy and an Attorney to help setup the LLC and help with asset protection in Tampa Bay area. Looking for a recommendation, preferably someone you have already worked with. Appreciate your help.

Hi All,

I am relatively new to the landlording process, and after reading "Landlording on Autopilot" I want to adopt the process where I do not have to show the property myself. Considering that we do not have a physical office at the moment, how would one go about obtaining a key deposit, or is it a better idea to not ask for one?

I hate to replace the key without charging the prospective tenant so I am looking for ways where the interested party makes a small $10-15 refundable deposit before getting the key.

Thanks for the referral Tom. I will reach out to them.

Hi All,

A complete newbie here, in the process of closing my first rental property which if everything goes right should be done by February 4th. I am looking to see if anyone knows a good real estate attorney in Tampa Bay that can help with drafting a lease that I can use for my tenants. If there are any other resources i can dive into regarding this I would love to hear as well.

Thank You,

Armend M.
