@James Wise  I have not worked with a private lender before. I am looking to ask my father in-law for the money but I want to treat it as a private lender and keep it business professional. The main thing for me would paying him his money back and well looks like I first have to ask how soon would he want he cash back?

When I realized you can basically do almost everything on this site.

Good evening, I have a question about private money and a possible rental property.

Excuse the possible noob question... If I acquired a property using PM and I turned it into a rental property. How would I pay my private lender back? Would it be every month or a lump sum after the end of a set date? or Private lenders dont lend out to acquire rental properties.

Thanks all for any information if wanting to add any addition information that would be awesome. I am trying to understand this a bit better.

I 2nd what @Demetria S. said. I will be doing that in my next batch of business cards. I think it gives it a good hint of professionalism and good way for people to remember who you are. 

For the business card I created I just kept it simple since they are my first. Basically, what I did was I put my Name, Real Estate Investor, phone #, email, and just added  cash referrals and I buy any condition. 

Nothing to fancy, just simple. Yet good enough to catch the eye... I have read that people have different business card for different situations. 

@Farel Zamor  That doesn't sound bad at all. That's good that you used a different font color good way to get attention to the card.

@Chuck B.  thank you for your input on the property. I will be calling the seller and informing him that is is a no go. Thank you much for the assistance.
