Hello, I am wondering how a person goes about purchasing land when they are not local. I assume I could just fax or overnight the purchase agreement contract to them but I am not sure. If there is a thread that I have missed about this topic please point it out to me thanks.

Hello my name is Arsenio or Ari for short. I am from the Bay Area I graduated from college last year, work full time, and I am looking to get into real estate. I have lurked on here and various podcasts for about 6 months and I just got started with my first mailers 2 weeks ago.

Looking forward to meeting people and learning from everyone.

I just started my first one about two weeks ago. I write everything by hand and I place the stamp crooked. Not sure what really does the trick but it seems to work. So far I am getting 7% call responses.
