Hello my name is Arsenio or Ari for short. I am from the Bay Area I graduated from college last year, work full time, and I am looking to get into real estate. I have lurked on here and various podcasts for about 6 months and I just got started with my first mailers 2 weeks ago.

Looking forward to meeting people and learning from everyone.

Welcome.

The only bullet point I have for you is this: If it's ever had a certificate of occupancy AND there is anything remaining from the old home (like a chimney or an old foundation...), we can call it a "renovation" and you can avoid the hard money / construction / commercial financing.
