Our next Missoula Real Estate Meetup will be at a NEW LOCATION this Tuesday, May 20th, at 6 PM. We will be at Main Street Realty Downtown, 113 Main St. Suite B, just go inside the first door and head downstairs! Pizza will be provided, as well as NA Drinks, BYOB Alcohol. Our speaker is Tyler Ware.

Tyler Ware is a seasoned real estate investor with a diverse portfolio spanning multifamily and industrial properties in both Missoula, Montana, and Connecticut. Over the years, he has built a successful investment strategy, leveraging market opportunities in different regions to grow his holdings.

In this talk, Tyler will share how he got his start in real estate investing, the lessons he learned along the way, and the strategies that have been most effective in scaling his portfolio. He’ll provide insights into acquiring and managing multifamily properties, identifying strong industrial investments, and navigating different market dynamics between Montana and the East Coast.

Whether you're looking to break into real estate investing or refine your existing strategy, Tyler’s experience offers real-world takeaways that you can apply to your own investment journey. He will also answer audience questions, making this an excellent opportunity to learn from a hands-on investor who has successfully built a portfolio in multiple markets.

Hope to see you there!

Jennifer Fauque is a seasoned loan officer with extensive experience in financing investment properties. She specializes in Debt-Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans, a unique lending option designed specifically for real estate investors. DSCR loans focus on a property's cash flow rather than the borrower's personal income, making them a powerful tool for investors looking to scale their portfolios. Jennifer will break down how these loans work, what lenders look for, and how to structure deals to maximize borrowing potential.

In addition to DSCR loans, Jennifer will also cover construction lending, detailing financing options for ground-up builds, renovations, and value-add projects. Whether you're an experienced investor or just starting out, she'll provide key insights on loan requirements, common pitfalls, and strategies to secure financing in today's market.

The Missoula Real Estate Meetup has three main goals:

1. Learn more about the Missoula Market

2. Make authentic connections

3. Share strategies and information

As always, there will be no selling of any products or services, and it's always free to attend.

We meet the third Tuesday of every month at the Highlander, at 6:00 PM. We usually have 20-30 attendees.
