Hi Rory nice to meet you. I have been doing my research as well. I live in Peabody and would like to work up here in the north shore area. I prefer to buy and hold rental property. I also want to wholesale so i can find my own deals. Are you interested in wholesale? Maybe we could help each other figure this all out. Do you have your own funding or will you be getting loans?

Hi im new to real estate investing and im looking to buy and hold  rental property. I will need a loan to get started. I am interested in buying and holding multi family properties for cash flow. I have no money for a down payment. is there a way I could get funds for my first property if I have no money?

Hi. I am brand new to this game and im not really sure how to go about doing things. I just found a home in my city that is vacant and I believe could be flipped for a profit. The paperwork on the door says to contact the bank which is BOA and talk to them about buying the property. If it i owned by the bank could i still wholesale it? There was a number to the bank on the paper on the door, should I call them and try to work out a deal? Not sure what to do.
