@Steven Wilson

Sorry refinancing for 30 years

@Steven Wilson

Not investment property, just a personal property, right now we still owed like 182k so we wanted to take some cash out and removed me from the title. So I can look for my own property

I need help from someone that does refinancing( loan officer) ... so this is what I’m trying to do ... right now I have a house with a co-borrowers. We want to refinance the house and remove my name from the title and only keep his name.. if you are close to Woodbridge Virginia and are able to do this, let me know..a couple things you should know :

Refinance amount 210k, house worth more than 400k. His name appears on the title but not on the current loan. We want to know total cost for doing this ( points, fees , paperwork, closing cost, etc.).. all fees pretty much.

Thanks!

@Tom S.

There was a post but I can’t seem to find it about personal credit lines and someone commented that the due date for his credit line was at the beginning of the month because that would help with the interest or something like that.. I found this like a year ago when I was just learning about everything.

Do anyone have any advice or tips on how to pay the personal line of credit faster?... like take out money at the beginning of the month and deposit at the end.. or deposit at the beginning and take money out the end of the month? That kind of tips.. thank you in advanced

@Keith Pellicano

Thanks for that info
