I Spoke with Ryan hewitt the same day I was charged 12/5/24 asking  him to cNcwl and reverse  the charge.

@David Lecko  and anyone else who cares to read this Deal Machine is holding me hostage with an auto renewal and It feels like extortion.

I signed up for service in 2023 annual $750 because skip tracing was included.  However the data was bad (not current or not found at all compared to other services I use, that could find the owners info)

I stopped using the service and get an email days before renewal , I requested cancelation the day due and was billed $1490 12/2024.

I requested a refund and told no unless I can prove I requested the cancellation prior.
I call the toll free number and get an automated answer every time, left a message on four occasions and no return phone call.

I dispute the charge with the credit card and deal machine send them forged documents that I purchased the new subscription and signed up for service the month prior.
(I saw forged because I did not sign up for service again I had not used the app or website for months , they also copied an IP address that is not mine to their documents)
***oh it gets better they also tell AMEX that I cancelled on the 13th of the month despite the fact I have an email confirming my request to cancel on the 5th the same day I was charged.

I will now have to reach out to my attorney general , CFPB and FCID because I will have a 1490 debt for a Software app that I have not used and will not use and all DealMachine had to do was say ok we see you no longer want our services and have not used it we will reverse todays charge. 

Me too. I liked what he has to say just wondering if it's the same Facebook marketing I already know of (previous course) repackaged.
