Hello

I'm from CA and looking to buy long term rental investment properties in SW Florida. From my research I realized 2 areas are primary worth looking at:

1. Palm Beach County - Boca Raton and Delray Beach

2. Cape Coral

I need some advise from the local community if my analysis of cities for long term rental investment above is correct? Or are there any other cities I should be targeting.

@Avtandil G. - Found this post while researching on Cape. I am in San Bruno, CA and looking to invest in Cape too. How is the research going for you? If we can join forces and share knowledge it would be a great experience for both of us. I am interested in turnkey and SFH myself.

Thank you Mark. I am looking at Aina Nalu in Lahaina. Do you have any goods/not so good thoughts about the property?

Mark - Completely agree with you. How do you see the long term potential for VR market growth in West Maui - Lahaina as an example? Do you see nightly rents going up in future or down?

Folks - Hope you all are having good holidays.

I am looking for advice from folks experienced in Vacation Rentals in Hawaii. I am planning to buy my first vacation rental in Lahaina Hawaii. It's a property called Aina Nalu.

Can anyone share with me:

1. How has been your experience owning a vacation rental in Hawaii?

2. Whats risks you do you see in future?

3. Any knowledge of the beach erosion Maui is facing?

Any inputs are greatly appreciated.

Best,
Ashish
