Thanks Jason D. I was thinking that would be the case but needed to confirm. My understanding is that the only way to go.about it is to finance at 80% LTV. Then at some.point you run out due to debt/income ratio limitations.

Looking for a multifamily property to begin with, possibly a Class A or B in a good area of Orlando with at least 32 units and within easy commuting distances to the jobs.

Hello, I am finally ready to start my investing in buy and holds in the Orlando, FL market. Took several courses to get the education. Firstly, is this the best time or should I wait for the buyers market which I feel is around the corner (approximately two years 2020 time frame)? i have been thinking of the upper income neighborhoods to find my niche, such as Dr. Phillips. Does anyone know of Wholesalers in that or other areas that I could work with? Also any other suggestions on maybe middle income neighborhoods? I had in mind Hunters Creek, Lake Nona, Meadow Woods and South Chase.

Thanks.

Can anyone recommend an Investor friendly realtor in the Seattle area? Someone who also invests for themselves.
