Great question, I have no idea!

Like @Adam Anderson and @Wayne Brooks suggested.  List it with local broker, they will be able to market it and get it sold for you.

 Thank you!

Thank you for your advice! @Adam Anderson

Yep, put it on the market with a local agent.  You never know where a buyer will come from until it gets exposed to the widest audience.  If any developers are interested, you'd find them this way too.

@Wayne Brooks Thank you for the advice!

Yes, that would be a good place to start.  Or, since you are interested in investing, maybe finding a builder to partner with?  You supply the land, he does the building, and y'all split the profits up.

Any builders on here in Fairhope, Alabama??

Thank you for the advice, I'm new to this @Andrew Davis, that sounds great, even though my family, I believe are just interested in selling the land, which I have brought your idea up a few times. I'm actually on my way to Alabama now, hopefully we could come up with an agreement. But if that does not work, then what?

My family has land that they are trying to sale.  Lives in Baldwin county in Fairhope, AL. The land is undeveloped so I was wondering if it is best to try to sell to a land developer?
