@Frank Hinck I didn't hear about from anybody so to speak but i seen programs like Nico, I know about REITs, there has to be a way to make this happen. If you cant help thats fine. Just asking around.

@Ryan Cleary @Frank Hinck @Taylor L. I would like my teants who lease a unit or buy a home to be buying into something more. They're purchase he built in investment or shares of company but I'm lost as to how to go about it while still making it financially feasible.

Does anyone know about real estate investment underwriting? Or the process to getting SEC approval.
