Is house flipping a viable strategy in these areas? My girlfriend and I are thinking of moving to the Detroit area to rehab/resell homes, but because of our inexperience and what I have been reading here on BP, I think it would be best for us to focus on the surrounding suburbs. @Joe Villeneuve and @Richard Dunlop, I've seen many of your posts, and you both seem to have a lot of knowledge of the region - I'd really appreciate your input and advice.
