Thank you! I really appreciate what you said. It really is a dream come true for me to be able to start this new venture. I’m in the Ad business here in LA so this is a completely new field for me. I’ve thought about getting my real estate license. What are your thoughts about that? I’m still in the process of renting the apt I bought in LB first though. Baby steps...I think you are right about mentorship. Had I plunged into that.. it would have been difficult to buy this year. At the point that I got into the 22k thing. I had just gotten completely out of debt. So I knew how difficult it would be to get out of debt again. So that weighed heavily on me.

I almost paid 22k for a mentorship about a year ago, which I charged on my credit card. Had it not been for my CPA I would have owed that amount of money now. She told me to call them and try to get out of it which I did and luckily was able to get out of it. A year later I was able to purchase my first rental!! Still a learning process but I did it! 🙂

Thank you so much for your feedback. I have gotten calls and I’m starting to show it. I renovated it, probably paid too much. I either win or I learn .. right? I didn’t realize that winter was a struggle.. but now I know
