Me again

On wholesale deals/ Assignment of contract. If a real estate agent/realtor sends listings to me, do I pay them commission from my profit, for the listings and CMA they do for me, or does it come/build in to the .65% -70%. Who pays them?

Do I decide whether I calculate .65% or .70% and if so, what would be the deciding factor?

What is the pros and cons of wholesaling a property where equity(owner still owes on the property) is more than 60%

Does all the parties involved know how much the other person is buying or selling the property for?

Hi everyone

I would also like to know about not able to wholesale houses on the MLS, as that is where my agent is sending me listings from. I then also check comps on Trulia and Zillow for these houses. Can I ask, who pays the agent's fee? As I thought when you do and Assignment of Contract the seller and end buyer handles all costs/fees.
