Does anyone know of any banks or credit unions that dont require a seasoning period to use the appraised value of a multifamily?

The properties are bought,repaired, and rented within 8 weeks. Id like to cash out at the new appraised value and buy more. Any referrals would be helpful.

Thank you for the reply. I have it narrowed down between 2 properties. I will purchase and rehab with a hard money lender i have used in the past. I would like to refinance after i rehab and rent. The property will be titled in my LLC. Any broker referrals or portfolio lenders are welcome.

2 story building with 4 retail units on the first floor fully rented bringing in $33,600 annually. The second floor will be rehabbed and converted to 4 luxury apartments which once completed will bring in an additional $33,600 conservatively. Purchase price is 220,000 with $100,000 for rehab. Construction should last around 2 months. After completed the units will be rented and the building will be refinanced.
