im looking for multifamily units 6+ in the wayne county area but am open to other "up and coming cities" nearby. If there are any wholesalers out there or anyone that knows of any properties please let me know.

I am purchasing 8 units in Monroe Michigan and another 20 units a few months later. I am out of state so i need a good PM company with competitive prices. Anyone have any recommendations? Also has anyone used Aspect Properties?
