Any advice per this clause? I have 4 different service agreements with four different renewal dates.  I gave notice of 30 days this week.  PM claims I can't legally do that.  I offered a gracious severance equal to 60 days PM fees.  She won't relinquish keys and leases.  So, am I stuck with a hostile PM until the 4 SAs expire?
