For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to buy old houses and fix them up. I spent my 20’s watching HGTV and scrolling Zillow, and now I’m finally doing what I’ve always dreamed of!

In 2020 I bought my first home that was intended as an investment property, I lived in it, renovated it myself, then rented it out and shared the whole journey. With a background as an educator I love learning new things, but even more I love teaching others. I’m here to show you how to fix a leaky faucet (or gut the entire kitchen) while also sprinkling in my other passion, investing in real estate through mastering personal finance.
