Great! Thank you

I'm looking for recommendations for a Virginia real estate attorney with experience in commercial RE transactions, preferably based in Richmond. Please send me your referrals. Thank you very much in advance.

I think I have to do a quit claim deed. But if anyone can chime in that would be great.

Hi all,
Thanks for the replies. I'm going to check out the attorney Page Allen since my property is in Virginia.
Does anyone know the answer to this question: If the title is being transferred from one LLC to another with $0 payment or sale, will I be subject to be paying transfer taxes? It's basically transferring ownership from my family to just me.

Hi everyone,
I've been trying to search the exact process to retitle a commercial property. This is the current situation.
The commercial property is currently owned by a multi member LLC in Wyoming.
The WY LLC is owner of a house as well as the commercial property.
The property is located in Virginia.
I would like to retitle it to a single member Virginia LLC (owned solely by myself).
What documents do I need to have to remove only the commercial property and to retitle it in the VA LLC?
Thank you in advance for your advice. I've tried to search online and enlist the help of Legalzoom, but the company just told me they would not be able to help (?)

Sorry to have missed this meet up.
Let me know when there is a set date/time/meeting place for November. I will be traveling a lot but would love to be able to make it and meet everyone.
