I actually started reading it a few hours ago, I'm looking forward to the chapter about a business plan, which is something I'm sure could be improved from my current draft.

I might have to take you up on that offer to tell me about Ames, I've looked with a realtor and what I've seen so far doesn't look like anything I could handle... yet.
