Heartland bank is a great place. I plan on moving my banking there as well

Talon Title and Search 2 Close are the two title companies that I use locally. Both Title agencies have in house Attorneys. If this is what you are looking for let me know and I can send you contact info. If the seller is pushing a quit claim deed and it seems off, I would recommend for sure.

Hi Rohit, I’ve got another lender that might help you. I do work with Concord and Heartland. And yes I agree Concord is very much geared towards owner occupied. Heartland is a little bit more versatile as they do commercial, residential, and are portfolio. Hi Tucker, I just reached out to my lender that I have a close tie with. He does cash out loans. And he responded in 5 seconds. Local lenders are the best. He’s asking if this is single family or multi? I’m guessing it’s not owner occupied. Also I’ll pm you the lenders info so I don’t have to play middle man. I hope he can help!

Nate I’ve got a couple good local lenders in Columbus that can probably help. I’ll send you a pm with his information. Different MB do different loans. I would imagine a 200k blanket loan would be achievable.

Hey Parris, Welcome to BP! This form has a plethora of information and really has helped with many questions I have had. There is usually some good info of some investment groups that meet together too. Happy investing!
