Hey everyone!
I have been actively browsing this website for quite some time now, and haven't bothered to create an account until now. Anyways, Its created! I have quite some knowledge on financial analysis and worked in New York, building financial models for asset allocation and REIT analysis for a top financial firm. I 'dabbled' in real estate in 2009 and had a great exit in 2014, but I'm ready for more. This time I will be acquiring multi family properties.
As I stated before, I never bothered to create an account, but I felt that because of the great resources and knowledge on here, I could definitely give back and help some other people out with analysis and insight into deals.
Hopefully I can meet some likeminded people and give back to the community!
