@Micquel Bernier. You are estimating what it will sell for if it was in perfect condition... It's called ARV After Repair Value

@Micquel Bernier you can if you have the money... Or you can use Zillow to determine the value by comparing the property to other houses that have sold in the area in recent times that are about the same size and condition

@Micquel Bernier you first need to evaluate the property to make sure it is at a discount (40% and up off)... It's not enough just to find a property someone is willing to sell
@Pablo Ottenwalder Jr. I appreciate it
@Alexander Felice. Why is it you don't like wholesalers?
@Phil G. haha. Ding, ding!
I am wanting to get into real-estate but don't have the best credit... Not sure anyone would give me loan. I've heard good and bad things about wholesaling, and just wanted to know if this was actually a good way to get into real-estate with a credit score of 600. Also, since I live in a rural area, is virtual or remote wholesaling even possible.. Please give me your thoughts..
