@JD Gunter Hi JD, I'm trying to get a Home Equity Line of Credit against from investment property in Las Vegas, NV. What makes you say it's better to get a refi? How was your experience with it? I want to avoid closing cost. Pay any closing cost. pay ant

HI BP community, I have called several banks and credit unions to get a HELOC for my investment property in Las Vegas , NV but until this day I have not found a lending company/ institution to help me with this ordeal. Is it really that hard to get one. Thanks!

I would like to get a HELOC on one of my rental properties in Las Vegas, NV. is it doable? adn what are the tips that you can share. I still owe $125K and the value is at $195K. thanks!
