Looking to build multi family units want to learn more about construction cost any book recommendations that I Can read and learn more

Looking for some guidance 2021 my plan is to purchase a 2 acre land zoned to build multi family units here in Port St. Lucie Florida what is the best way to launch this project funding construction budgeting any help will be greatly appreciate it. I was thinking phase 1 build one building .Rent them out and then start the second building. I can finance the land and build at the same time from the same bank that’s what I have I have been told

@Shiloh Lundahl What’s a good area to look into in Costa Rica I wanted to rent out an Airbnb as well so I have rental income coming in and down the road whenever family wants to vacation use that property for vacation any recommendation area should look into looking for a beachfront property little bit of fixer-upper
