Thanks Teresa. I'm finding now I went about things a little backwards in just trying to get a jump and really motivate myself. I'm hoping I set things up correctly and will be looking for an accountant soon lol.

HI my name is Margo Jacobs. I've been interested in real estate for a few years and finally decided to kick start this part of my life. Stumbled upon the BP site a couple years back but first time making use of the plethora of tools available.
I'm looking to get into flipping houses and then couple with a few rental properties.
