Hello all !! I am Balu. Just recently joined BP. I live in Scottsdale, AZ. Have a full time job. Looking to invest in rental properties. I am here to learn about real estate investing and possibly build a SFR rental property portfolio to increase the cash flow. Looking to invest locally as of now (i.e) in and around phoenix area.
