Does anyone know of any Orlando area bank(s) that offer personal lines of credit above $10K in the current COVID-19 situation?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! I’m looking to expand my options into cash offers so above $10K would be ideal.

@Cristy Gray Hi Cristy! Do you currently own properties in Laughlin / Bullhead? My husband and I just relocated to Las Vegas several months ago and we're contemplating on investing in the surrounding areas... Boulder City, Mesquite, Laughlin, Bullhead, etc. We particularly LOVE the Colorado River! So Laughlin/Bullhead is very appealing to us right now : )

Does anyone own any rental property in Laughlin NV or Bullhead AZ? My husband and I currently live in Las Vegas, but are interested in potentially buying rental property in either of these two cities. What is your experience in these markets if you have it? Do you know of any great property managers?

I am currently looking at different multi family properties in Ocala and am wondering if anyone has information on desirable/undesirable areas there? I've seen some units located in zipcodes 34479 and 34471. Are these typically good areas? Any information would be helpful! I have family in Florida, but they are all near the Miaimi and Ft. Lauderdale area. Any information would be helpful!
