Post: Lot with a partial view in Oakland on Scout & Ascot with plans for a 3540 sq ft home

3-sides open, corner lot at Scout and Ascot in Oakland with bay and hill views. The adjoining lot is a public park, so nothing will ever be built there. Beautiful hiking trails near the lot.
I built the 2 homes next to it and I have plans to build another one on this lot but my health does not allow me to do it anymore. I am looking to either sell it outright or in installments or payment upon the sale of the home that the buyer would build and sell. The plans have been reviewed by the city and we have incorporated their feedback into the plans. They are ready to submit for a building permit.

We did have a minimum price, also 60 days although they picked up early. You can't compare our area to yours but I am not as surprized by the price now given the size and scope.
Good idea, I will try that option

they are 3000 sq ft each, ideally the full house but would consider partial

I mean expensive, they want a minimum commitment of 60-days for a total of $13-14k per house, we have two homes to sell.

The realtor did not give any good options, seems the good ones are all booked.

True we may not need it, but it seems they get booked up early, trying to book one just in case.
