I am new to real estate and I have a motivated seller who's in preforeclosure. What all info should I know in order to find out if its worth trying to do this deal and if it is worth doing, what all forms will I need?
I am seeing what seems to be great deals on properties that need a little TLC but they're listed real estate agents. What's the best way to approach the agent?

Ok thanks Kerry! Lets connect.

@Michael Sato thank you

Hello  Biggerpockets community am Barry. I am fresh to the real estate industry. I've been studying the wholesale method as my way into the business and I feel that I'm prepared to launch the system that I have in place to bring in a high percentage of solid leads. So if your are an investor or a whole seller and would like to connect with a whole seller I would love to connect and do business! I look forward to meeting.

Thank you!
