@Scott Schuetz...Awesome follow through Scott! They call what you did Wholetailing. Michael Quarles is a master at it. It is definitely an attractive strategy considering the current real estate climate across various markets. Why Wholesale it when you can Wholetail it and command a higher price through the MLS. Job, or should I say, deal well done!

I forgot who I heard it from but what we "Wholesalers" are is twofold, First and foremost we are Real Estate Marketers. Marketing IS our primary business. Real estate is the product. Second we are Real Estate Entrepreneurs. An Entrepreneur is someone who leverages the money, time and knowledge of others. At the core that is what a Wholesaler does.

So when I see folks bad mouthing individuals who even mention that this business can be done without your own money, I kind of sit back and laugh. Because you use OPM when need be. Silly silly uninformed people with zero confidence in themselves! Shheeesh!!
