I wish you luck in finding materials that ca help you solve this dilemma. I like you are recently license and looking for answers for my business structure. Does anyone have any input on business names for for a license realtor.  I am told that my personal brand business name has to include my name and can’t be a stand alone name such as:

Example: ABC REALTY COMPANY

I’m told it may need to read.

Example: David Realty Company

Does anyone have any insight on this.

@Jose L Torres

I have been in this industry now for a few months and have been learning from others the processes involved in being a licensed realtor. What I am having trouble with now is finding a marketing strategy to pursue both investing and the company realtor. I want to be able to have a social media presence and connect them both. My website and the company’s website. Any ideas?

I am currently in the process of getting my license and have concerns on how to pick a broker and how to ethically proceed with my goals to be an investor. What should I be looking for and can someone give advice. Pros and cons of being a Licensee/ Investor

They do have the will and are the executors of the estate with paper work to prove it.

I have a deal scheduled for closing and my realtor told me the title company says their may be an issue with the deed transfer. I am in the middle of a Doyle close. I have a house under contract and I have a buyer lined up. I have a motivated seller they are the daughter and son who mom passed away. They are the survivors and are the executors of the estate. The deed is still in the moms name and not there's. I need to know what can be done to complete this deal. I have a lawyer telling me he needs to contact them and set up there estate in order to get this deal done. Is there any strategy I can use to close this deal or is transferring the deed to their names the only way.

it's good to see folks from York on the site. I also am from York and trying my hand at Investing. I have had several attempts but have not scored yet. I am not a quiter so I know I will strike soon. I have a triplex lined up but having trouble comming up with the correct comps. The property is a quadplex currently 4 tennants with a monthly rental income of about $2,000 a month. They want 68,000 for the property. I know that the correct ARV will make or break this deal. Need help!

I have a client that is motivated in and has agreed to sell their property.  They have agreed to let me assume the mortage and give a small down payment.  Can anyone guide me through the process of assuming a mortage or point me in the right direction where I can research the process.
