I would have a hard time with this. I would have them pull the meter. I couldn't stand knowing they are living there free and using my power. No way never. I would take my chances..

Interesting topic but one nobody has a great plan for. I think most people just buy what ever is the cheapest at the time they are shopping for it.

if the unit is trashed you may be better to raise it a little and keep him.. What's the cost to remodel and rent again? How long of a return? Slowly raise and keep him if it was me..

Doesn't work well for me. After signing up and setting up properties I found out that won't do weekly payments only monthly.. I have 2 tenants that pay by the week... I canceled service. Hope they add weekly soon.
