There are a few larger buildings.  I know off the top of my head that there's a 5 or 6 fam in Gardner and a few 4+ ones in Leominster.

Definitely, @Tarun Bhalla   I'll PM you.

@Derreck Wells when you list a property on BP, there isn't really an option to list a portfolio. I just put some numbers in to fill in the blanks.  There's literally more than 100 properties (not units! these are actual buildings with 1-3 units each)

Gardner?!?!?  I know Gardner pretty well.  Owner financing isn't out of the question.  These portfolios contain 10-20 "roofs" each, but could be willing to sell a few piecemeal.  Please PM me. :)

@Edgar U. Thanks so much for the idea. How do you get VA's to be willing to pay for something out of pocket for you to be reimbursed later?

I'd recommend google voice for all of this stuff.  The suite of services that google voice provides is incredible and you can't beat the price (FREE!).

We're looking into getting a VA especially for our property management business, but some of the tasks would require them to order postcards for us, etc. How do y'all work around not having the VA have your credit card numbers?

Do you reimburse them with receipts once they purchase things for you?  Set up things with local vendors?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Also, for property management, we really need somebody who knows at least something about how a houses electrical, plumbing, etc work and these things may not be the same in other countries.  Any suggestions about this?

Google voice should work for that. GV allow you to receive pics on your email (but you have to be expecting them or you won't know they've been sent.) It won't let you send pics though. A work around though is to email pics to phone numbers using the wireless carriers unique email address for each phone number. (Ex. 1234567990. @verizonwirelessDOTTTTcom or something like that. I'd Google it).

Hope that's useful.

We are looking for a HUNGRY, motivated, "Renaissance" agent

Are you a "Renaissance" agent? (North Shore)

A renaissance man or woman is defined as a "person with many talents or areas of knowledge." We're looking for an agent who can jump in and help us out in many areas. Can you update our social media or write listing descriptions that would make an English teacher grin?  Or are you just HUNGRY and want to make money/succeed in the real estate and real estate investing game.

Then, we're looking for you!

Of all the agencies and teams out there, why should you consider us?

-No fees at all!

-We pay your MLS dues

-We pay for your business cards

-We provide free "Zillow/Trulia" leads and internet leads

-Team approach with "on call" assistance for your deals

-Plenty of open house opportunities. REAL opportunities with steady streams of buyers coming in, (not just at overpriced listings where you're doing the listing agent/seller a favor.)

-learn real estate investing, too!

Of all the real estate agents out there, why should we consider you? Maybe you have some "bonus" skills

-You are fluent with social media, computers and the internet

-You can do graphics?

-You are a self starter and ask the right questions to get things done

-You are eager to learn

*You are "handy" or have a construction background (preferred, but definitely not required)

-You are HUNGRY.  (Did I mention that?)

I happened to run into this site during my search for PM paperwork.  LOVE this site.  I learned a lot from it and it's totally "'Merica!"
